What we collect and why
The inquiry form collects your name, email, company, service interest, and a brief description so the operator can assess your request and respond about relevant services. Do not submit passwords, patient information, sensitive records, or attachments. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract, subscribe you to marketing, or constitute binding acceptance of services.
How inquiries are handled
The website saves an inquiry in its database before confirming a receipt. Access is restricted to authorized site administrators. A separate queue tracks notification status and retries. Email notifications are currently unavailable pending authenticated delivery configuration; your saved receipt does not mean an email was delivered. The direct email link on the homepage remains available. No CRM or automatic visitor reply is used.
Website hosting services process stored inquiries as part of operating the website. If you contact us by email, the relevant email providers also process that correspondence. Once notifications are configured, inquiry details will be sent to the operator’s designated mailbox and mailbox copies will require their own retention review. We do not sell inquiry information or add it to advertising analytics.
Retention and your requests
The proposed routine retention period is 90 days, subject to the needs of an ongoing inquiry or other applicable obligations. Automatic deletion is not enabled. Records, mailbox copies, and hosting backups require appropriate manual review or provider processes; deletion from the website does not automatically erase every copy. Contact Honed IT using the email link on the homepage to request access, correction, or deletion. Appropriate identity verification may be necessary to protect your information.
Technical controls and browser storage
The form uses server validation, a hidden spam field, timing checks, and short-lived rate limiting. Rate-limit keys use a one-way keyed representation of the connection address; the inquiry record does not store the raw IP address. Hosting systems may maintain operational logs under their policies, and administrative login controls may record security events. No external analytics, advertising tracker, or CRM has been added in this release.
The form preserves entries in the current page during recoverable errors. A random request identifier may be kept in browser tab session storage to prevent duplicate receipts; inquiry text is not stored there or placed in analytics or ordinary inquiry application logs. WordPress administrative login uses cookies.
